Description:
We’re seeking a Tech Support Ticket Manager.
The ideal candidate should have experience using ticketing systems.
Fluent English is a must.
This is a full-time in-office position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Connect vendors with clients
- Do follow ups with clients
- Coordinate Installations of Camera Systems and new Internet.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a Team player.
- Must have ability to Multi Task.
- Ability to update Project Tools, CRM, and Tickets with detailed written notes.
