Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team. This role involves engaging with senior executives, identifying new sales opportunities, and generating qualified leads to grow our business. The ideal candidate will be driven, resourceful, and passionate about delivering results.
Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in lead generation and closing deals.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with high-level decision-makers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Property Management Companies or related industries is a plus.
Ability to travel to industry events as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of outreach strategies.
Utilize B2B prospecting methodologies to connect with and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Identify key decision-makers within Property Management Companies and understand the technologies they use.
Generate interest through networking, outbound emails, phone calls, social media campaigns, and attending industry events.
Schedule and conduct product demos, meetings, and presentations for senior executives and decision-makers.
Conduct qualifying calls with C-Suite executives, VPs, and Directors, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and our product’s value.
Lead your own demos for both outbound and inbound opportunities, closing deals and securing new accounts.
