We are seeking a motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support our Sales Executive at a package supply company. The ideal candidate will assist in managing communications, including emails and phone calls, to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and responding to emails promptly and professionally.
- Managing phone calls, including taking messages and scheduling appointments.
- Assisting in preparing sales presentations and reports.
- Maintaining an organized filing system for client information and correspondence.
- Coordinating meetings and follow-ups with clients and team members.
- The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred.
