Description:
We are looking for a VOIP Technical Support Agent. Previous experience in Netsapiens PBX necessary.
Advanced English ONLY*
You will be responsible for supporting a ticketing helpdesk for a Telecom Company, participating and working as a team with a Level 3 and Level 2 tech; with duties and responsibilities such as:
– Configure new clients in Netsapiens PBX front end, support basic feature requests and troubleshoot VOIP Issues.
– Knowledge in SIP is a plus
– Knowledge in Networking is a plus
Requirements:
- At least 1+ Year experience with Netsapiens PBX Systems
- Strong understanding of IP telephony (VoIP), TCP/IP Networks, and related protocols.
