Description:
We are looking for someone with previous experience help desk/ tech support, preferably someone who has worked for Dell, Google or similar accounts.
The employee will be in charge of supporting Level 1 peers and handling escalated tickets for a great tech company in the US.
The candidate should have a background in IT, and be a fast learner. We are looking for someone with previous experience in help desk/ tech support.
Advanced English skills are needed for this position. The agent should not have a noticeable accent.
It is a full-time position to work in the office from Monday to Friday.
