Job Description:
As an IT Technician Level 3 at Sivar Jobs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ IT systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing advanced IT solutions. This role will require a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and managing escalations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 technical support for IT issues and incidents.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems.
- Plan, implement, and maintain advanced IT solutions.
- Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 technicians to resolve issues.
- Manage and appropriately escalate technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform system upgrades and migrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Technician Level 3 or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
