A Technologies company is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our after-hours support team. As an Overnight/Weekend Support Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring uptime for our customers by handling service requests and coordinating with vendors to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Accurately document support cases in the ticketing system and provide detailed records of incidents.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues and collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve problems with internet, phone, and data services.
- Client Communication: Deliver clear and timely updates to clients regarding the status of their services.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a technical support or IT helpdesk role, preferably with experience in telecom and networking.
- Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of network operations and VoIP systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Availability: This position requires work at night and occasional weekends.
