Position Overview: Seeking an organized Back Office Assistant with excellent English skills to support operations. Responsibilities include vendor communication, material sourcing, and blueprint analysis (training provided).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact vendors to source materials, get quotes, and negotiate prices.

  • Analyze blueprints to determine required materials.

  • Manage inventory and assist with material ordering.

  • Maintain records of purchases and vendor communications.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools.

  • Experience in construction or procurement is a plus.
