Description:

Ensures compliance with department timesframes
Outreach to insurances
Reassessment reminders
All case information emails
BCBA staff and restaff processing w/ insurance
CM assignment of New Cases
Additional requests coordination
Review of all department tabs
Coordination with other departments
CLINICAL:
Review all treatment plans
Assessment tool processing
BCBA support
BCBA outreach
Insurance request processing w/ BCBA coordination


QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years working in an office-based setting
Previous experience in an clinical based (RBT/Aide) related position preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and related computer software
Ability to communicate effectively
